This website is operated by FOP Hetman Oleksandr Mykolayovych, an individual entrepreneur registered under the laws of Ukraine (Tax ID / RNOKPP: 2922003198), registered address: Vaclava Havela Blvd 34B, apt. 7, Kyiv, Ukraine ("hetmans", "we", "us").
What data we collect
We collect personal data when you submit the contact form on this site — your name, email address, and message — and automatically, through Google Analytics, which uses cookies to record anonymised data about how visitors use this site (pages viewed, time spent, general location, device type). We do not use any other tracking technology.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project with you. We do not sell, rent, or use your data for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.
Who processes it
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit, a third-party form-relay service. Anonymised browsing data is processed by Google Analytics. We do not share your data with any other third party. The website itself is hosted on Vercel.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry — typically no more than 24 months — after which it is deleted. If your enquiry turns into a client relationship, data relevant to that engagement is kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law.
Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", you have the right to know whether we process your data, to access it, to request its correction or deletion, to object to its processing, and to withdraw any consent you've given. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, who oversees personal data protection in Ukraine.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or our data practices change. The version here is always the current one; we don't maintain a change log.
